After operating Gallo Blanco Cafe & Otro Cafe for the better part of 15 years, we wanted to continue to grow alongside Phoenix. We welcomed the opportunity to open a restaurant in a building that holds so much history. This building held the mid-century staple that was Beefeaters (opened 1961), and then was reimagined into The Newton community space, owned & operated by our friends at Beckett's Table for a decade. In this legacy space, we found a new home.
